Committees & Councils
The Executive Committee is part of the board of directors, the policy-making body of the association, and is responsible for the business affairs of the corporation. The executive committee is comprised of the president, vice president, secretary, treasurer and immediate past-president.

The Membership Committee identifies and recruits new members of the association and promotes involvement in all association programs and activities. This committee is also responsible for the development of education programs as well as the planning and scheduling of social committee.
Parade of Homes™ Committee members develops, produces and oversees all aspects of the association’s parade of homes as a source of non-dues revenue for the association. The Parade of Homes™ Committee is now accepting applications for the 2019 Parade of Homes™, please check the events calendar for meeting times and locations.
The Golf Tournament committee develops, produces and oversees all aspects of the association’s annual golf tournament a highly anticipated social event that also serves as a fundraiser for the association.
Under the direction of the treasurer, The Finance Committee oversees financial matters of the association and ensures that there are adequate resources to fulfill the association’s goals and objectives.
The Community Action Committee oversees and coordinates all matters relating to the community service activities of the association in order to demonstrate the strong commitment of the association and building industry to the betterment of the community.
Government Relations Committee members oversees and coordinates the government affairs activities and programs of the association in order to execute the public policy goals and objectives of the association.
This committee reviews, investigates and recommends to the board of directors, programs and policy positions that impact land use, as well as develops association programs and services to the meet the needs of the developer membership.
The PWB is a council of the PBBA, with a primary charge of raising funds and selecting recipients of the Gary Kahler Memorial Scholarship. In addition, to the scholarship, the PWB holds a quarterly lunch and several social events.
The Marketing Committee is charged with developing strategies to communicate the PBBA’s message and generate interest for the association through different types of communication and media.
